Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential B2B customers for software and IT services.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Identify key decision-makers, including founders, CEOs, CTOs, IT managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to understand their business requirements and introduce relevant software solutions.
- Qualify prospects based on their business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and potential interest.
- Schedule appointments and product or service discussions for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, follow-up activities, and prospect details in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversion opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
