Physiotherapist

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify physical, functional, and mobility-related problems.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate patient assessment, treatment, and progress records.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding exercises, posture, mobility, and home-care instructions.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals for patient care.
• Follow hospital policies, infection-control practices, and patient-safety protocols.
• Provide physiotherapy services to IPD, OPD, post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, and other referred patients as required.
• Ensure professional, respectful, and compassionate patient care.
