Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, DSTs, and other channel partners.
• Generate quality leads through open-market sourcing and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams throughout the loan process.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of loan applications.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat and referral business.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or pursuing graduation.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the same industry.
• Prior experience in Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) is mandatory.
• Local Candidate Requirement: Candidates must be residents of the location mentioned, with good knowledge of the local market and the ability to manage field sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in field sales and achieve assigned business targets.
