About Wormhole Media
Wormhole Media is an AI-powered content and video production agency based in Ulhasnagar. We create reels, performance ads and brand films for real estate developers across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, DTC brands, and international clients in Dubai, the UK and Singapore.
The Role
We're looking for a Client Servicing & Operations Executive to be the bridge between our clients and our production team. You'll keep projects moving, clients informed and deadlines met.
What You'll Do
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients over calls, email and WhatsApp
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear briefs for the production team
- Track timelines, deliverables and revisions across multiple projects
- Collect and consolidate client feedback, and make sure it's actioned
- Maintain project trackers, client records and files in Google Workspace
- Support invoicing, payment follow-ups and daily office operations
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Drive, plus WhatsApp Business
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills, someone who closes loops without reminders
- Calm and professional with clients, including under deadline pressure
- Interest in marketing, advertising, social media or real estate is a plus
- Graduates and freshers welcome; 0 to 2 years of experience in client servicing or operations preferred
