Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, explaining mobile phones, accessories, offers, exchange options, and finance facilities, and converting enquiries into sales. The role includes achieving daily and monthly sales targets, maintaining product and store knowledge, handling customer queries professionally, preparing bills and required documentation, coordinating with the team for stock and inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, basic knowledge of smartphones, and the ability to work effectively in a target-oriented retail environment.
