Position: Agency Development Manager / Business Development Manager
Channel: Agency

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Generate business through the agency network.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with agents and support them in lead generation.
- Conduct regular meetings, training, and field activities with agents.
- Motivate agents to achieve business and premium targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the advisor network.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and timely policy issuance.
- Maintain good customer and advisor relationships.
Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience in Sales / BFSI / Banking / Insurance preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience can apply.
