Job Description
1. Senior Civil / Structural EngineerQualification: B.E. Civil
Experience: 5+ Years – Industrial Projects
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead civil and structural engineering activities for industrial and commercial projects.
- Prepare, review and coordinate RCC and structural steel design/drawings.
- Review structural calculations, GA drawings, fabrication/erection drawings and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architectural, PEB, MEP, process and other consultants.
- Develop/review BOQ, specifications, tender documents and technical requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality and compliance with approved drawings.
- Review contractor/vendor submissions and provide technical comments.
- Identify design conflicts, constructability issues and propose practical solutions.
- Support PMC activities, project planning, technical evaluation and vendor coordination.
- Ensure designs and site execution comply with relevant IS Codes, project specifications and statutory requirements.

2. Architect / Civil & Interior CoordinatorQualification: B.Arch. / Diploma in Architecture
Experience: 3+ Years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate architectural layouts and working drawings for industrial, commercial and office projects.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details and architectural GFC drawings.
- Coordinate architectural requirements with civil/structural, MEP, fire, plumbing and electrical services.
- Prepare and review interior layouts, furniture layouts, false ceiling, flooring and finishing details.
- Assist in preparation of BOQ, material specifications and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors for architectural and interior works.
- Review shop drawings and material samples and provide technical comments.
- Conduct site visits to check execution against approved architectural drawings.
- Assist in resolving site-related architectural/interior coordination issues.
- Prepare presentations, 3D views/basic visualization and project documentation where required.
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation and coordination records.
