Job Description
Handle day-to-day office work, documentation and data entry.
MUST knowledge of Tally
Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Challans, Proforma Invoices and other documents.
Maintain customer and supplier records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Prepare dispatch documents and coordinate with transporters.
Arrange transport for material dispatch and maintain transporter details.
Prepare and check E-Way Bill, LR/GR, packing details and dispatch documents.
Coordinate with customers regarding dispatch, delivery and material receipt.
Maintain Dispatch Register and update order/dispatch status.
Handle email and WhatsApp communication with customers and suppliers.
Maintain records of orders, enquiries, payments and dispatches.
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
Maintain proper filing of company documents.
