Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels. Regularly update databases to reflect current data.
- Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics. Provide insights to the sales team and management for strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as finance, logistics, and marketing. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Utilize CRM and sales support tools to manage sales data, track leads, and streamline processes. Train team members on effective tool usage.
- Assist in onboarding new sales staff and provide ongoing training on processes and systems. Help create a productive work environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the sales workflow. Propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
