Job Description

  • Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls and email.
  • Respond professionally and provide product, company and order-related information.
  • Maintain and update the daily enquiry Excel sheet.
  • Record enquiry status, follow-ups, quotations, orders and conversions.
  • Follow up with new enquiries and existing customers.
  • Prepare or coordinate quotations and share product details/catalogues.
  • Coordinate with factory/production team for order processing and dispatch requirements.
  • Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team and provide customers timely order updates.
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams.
  • Maintain customer database, enquiry records and communication history.
  • Prepare basic daily/weekly enquiry, sales and dispatch reports.
  • Follow up on pending enquiries and orders until closure.
  • Support sales/business development activities as required.
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
