Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production and workers.
- Allocate jobs to welders, fitters, turners and helpers.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Monitor welding, fabrication and bellows manufacturing.
- Check dimensions and product quality.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Control material wastage and rework.
- Maintain daily production records.
- Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with management for production and delivery.
Required: Good leadership, drawing-reading, fabrication/welding knowledge and manpower handling skills.
