Female Telemarketing Executive

Join Atul Industries, an already booming manufacturing firm with a huge reputation in the catering disposables market! We manufacture premium paper napkins and a wide range of catering disposable products. We are looking for a confident Female Telecaller & Customer Relationship Executive to handle outbound business marketing and assist walk-in clients at our office in Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients including caterers, restaurants, hotels, resorts, hospitals, and the broader hospitality sector to market our products.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Explain product specifications, share catalog details, quote wholesale pricing, and build long-term business relationships.
• Offline Customer Handling: Welcome and manage occasional incoming B2C footfall/walk-in customers who visit our facility offline.
• Database Management: Follow up regularly with existing corporate clients and maintain clean records of daily calls and sales inquiries in Excel.

Requirements & Key Skills:

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years in telecalling, retail sales, or hospitality customer service (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome).
• Languages: Fluid fluency in Gujarati and Hindi to easily pitch to regional caterers and hotel managers.
• Skills: Enthusiastic phone manner, basic computer skills (MS Excel/WhatsApp Business), and a welcoming personality for offline clients.
• Location: Candidates living in or near Makarpura, Manjalpur, Tarsali, or Maneja are highly preferred for a seamless commute.
