Field Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits (day and night) to client sites to monitor guard deployment, punctuality, uniform standards, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Verify attendance and duty rosters of security personnel; coordinate replacement of absentees at short notice to ensure no site is left uncovered.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day security concerns, complaints, and service feedback.
• Conduct on-site briefings, refresher training, and disciplinary counselling for guards as needed.
• Investigate and document any incidents, breaches, theft, or misconduct at client sites, and submit timely incident reports to management.
• Ensure all deployed personnel carry valid identification, uniforms, and equipment (torches, batons, registers, etc.) as per company/client requirements.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new security guards, including verification of documents and background checks.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits, guard performance, client interactions, and escalations.
• Coordinate with the HR/Payroll team to resolve guard-related salary, PF/ESI, or attendance discrepancies.
• Identify and escalate risks such as under-staffing, client dissatisfaction, or attrition trends at assigned sites.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PSARA licensing, labour laws, client contract terms) at all sites under supervision.
