Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist guests, ensuring an excellent experience.
  • Handle front desk, bookings, enquiries and guest coordination.
  • Actively upsell game packages, memberships, upgrades, F&B and ongoing offers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective pitching and conversion.
  • Identify guest requirements and recommend suitable packages.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
  • Promote birthday parties, corporate bookings, events and group packages.
