Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references and recruitment networks.
- Recruit IT engineers, networking professionals, ELV engineers, project staff, sales professionals and support teams.
- Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic and HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for urgent and future requirements.
- Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies across suitable platforms.
- Handle interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups and offer coordination.
- Negotiate salary within the approved budget.
- Manage documentation, reference checks and background-verification coordination.
- Ensure candidates join within the committed timeline and minimise offer dropouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and submit regular hiring-status reports.
- Support onboarding and induction activities when required.
- Build relationships with consultants, colleges and external recruitment partners.
- Recruit candidates for Vadodara, Ahmedabad and PAN India project locations.
- Be comfortable handling bulk, contractual and immediate hiring requirements.
- Required Skills
- Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and strict hiring deadlines.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and ELV job profiles.
- Strong documentation and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proactive, organised and target-oriented approach.
