Industrial Director - Savli

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and industrial expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.

You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the industrial operations and driving strategic initiatives at the site, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Production, Testing & Commissioning, Industrial Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain, while also managing operational performance and driving digitalization and automation initiatives.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and implementing site-specific strategies for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and ensuring compliance with industrial standards, but also promoting a culture of safety and excellence within the organization.

We’ll look to you for:

• Driving continuous improvement through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles at the site

• Leading digitalization and automation initiatives tailored to enhance operational performance

• Ensuring effective cost control and financial performance of the site

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes

• Overseeing training and certification programs to develop employees' skills in special processes

• Managing the industrial scope of projects, including Industrial Management Plans and capital expenditure

• An engineering or master’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or supply chain disciplines

• Around 10 years of experience in industrial operations, with demonstrated expertise in industrial management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage financial performance and drive cost optimization

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma (certification is a plus)

• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and fluency in English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
