🎯 JOB SUMMARYCK INSTO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Quality Control Engineer to ensure that testing machines manufactured by the company meet customer requirements, quality standards, and applicable national/international standards. The candidate will coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Service, and Customers to ensure quality, compliance, documentation, and smooth project execution.

• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform final quality inspection of machines before dispatch.
• Conduct in-process quality checks during machine assembly.
• Verify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software functionality.
• Ensure machines meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with the Production Team.
• Study and interpret applicable national and international standards.
• Verify machine design and functionality against relevant standards.
• Monitor updates, revisions, and amendments to applicable standards.
• Participate in technical discussions with Sales and Customers.
• Understand customer requirements and convert them into technical checkpoints.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Service, and Sales teams.
• Clarify technical requirements and resolve technical issues before manufacturing.
• Prepare QC Reports, SOPs, compliance checklists, and quality records.
• Maintain technical documentation and customer acceptance documents.
• Resolve customer technical queries regarding machine operation and standards.
• Assist Service Engineers during installation and commissioning.
• Conduct technical training for the Service Team when required.
• Monitor quality trends and recommend process improvements.
• Develop standard inspection procedures and improve documentation systems.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Motivated Quality Control Engineer with knowledge of machine inspection and technical compliance.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software machine functionality.
• Able to understand and apply national/international quality standards.
• Strong documentation, inspection, and technical communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and customers.
• Ability to identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Good problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
• 📈 Salary will be based on skills & experience
