Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates to join our Real Estate Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real Estate projects ke liye customers ko call karna aur leads par follow-up karna.
- Customers ko project ki complete information dena.
- Interested customers ke saath site visits arrange aur conduct karna.
- Customer ki requirement samajhna aur suitable property suggest karna.
- Property pricing, payment plan aur project features explain karna.
- Customer ke queries aur objections handle karna.
- Negotiation aur deal closing mein support karna.
- Regular follow-up karke booking convert karna.
- Daily calls, follow-ups aur site visit reports maintain karna.
- Given sales targets achieve karna.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Sales aur customer handling mein interest.
- Target-oriented attitude.
- Gujarati & Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Real Estate Sales experience will be an advantage.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Candidates should be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
