Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years
Employment: Full Time
NISPL is looking for energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property inquiries, generating leads, client follow-ups, site visits and closing real estate deals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leads received through Digital Marketing, Calls & References.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing and payment plans.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers.
- Handle negotiations and assist in deal closure.
- Maintain daily lead follow-up and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Two-wheeler & valid Driving Licence mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / CRM is preferred.
- Gujarati & Hindi communication required; basic English is an advantage.
