RICE LAKE WEIGHING SYSTEMS INDIA LIMITED a US MNC with HQ in Wisconsin North America is the market leader in the field of manufacturing of Weighing and loading systems for Cement/Fertilizers/Sugar/FMCG /Petrochemicals /Coal Industries etc with 2 state of Art Manufacturing units in India each one at Chennai/Indore.

As we are expanding, we are looking for candidates for our Sales Deptt with an Engineering back ground especially from Mechanical/Electronics field having an experience of 5-6 years in selling Capital equipment’s, to be positioned at your various locations across North India, like Chandigarh/Mohali/Lucknow/Kanpur/Rudrapur etc

Job Description

• Visit customers and potential customers daily to generate sales leads.
• Identify strong potential prospects using various data mining options to generate leads and opportunities.
• Manage, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities and eventually into orders. Discuss our quotations with customers and clarify all technical doubts.
• Meet Sales Budget consistently.
• Assess and analyse a prospect's current process and requirements.
• Provide engaging and articulate information about RICE LAKE’S value proposition to potential customers.
• Learn to manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle.
• Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow through with the lead prospect.
• Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via webinars or face to face meetings.
• Meet personal targets and work towards sales goals and profitability.
• Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing.
