Sales & Marketing Executive

Vijaylaxmi Automation is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Vadodara. With over 27 years of industry presence, we manufacture premium automated gates, high-speed doors, and loading bay equipment. This role focuses on B2B lead generation, technical consultative selling, and expanding our client footprint across major manufacturing, chemical, and commercial industries.

Key Responsibilities

⚙️ B2B Sales & Business Development

• Lead Generation: Identify and pitch to plant managers, project engineers, purchase heads, and MEP consultants.
• Consultative Selling: Understand site conditions, discuss specific technical requirements, and present tailored automation proposals.
• Product Pitching: Effectively demonstrate the value of our high-speed doors, motorized shutters, and boom barriers.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, finalize commercial terms, and coordinate technical approvals with clients.

🌐 Industrial Marketing & Client Relations

• Industrial Networking: Conduct regular site visits to corporate parks, factories, and GIDC zones to establish brand presence.
• Inquiry Management: Manage inbound digital leads, follow up promptly on catalogs, and handle price quotes.
• Case Studies & Content: Gather feedback from successful installations to create testimonial marketing pieces for industrial clients.

• Core Skills:
• Ability to read and understand basic technical layouts, drawings, or engineering specifications.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Hindi, English, and local language proficiency (Gujarati) is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel across industrial zones for site surveys and client meetings.
