JOB REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION FOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS

1. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Lead Generation & Client Prospecting (Self-Driven): Actively search, identify, and contact prospective B2B clients, industrial customers, contractors, and OEMs to generate new business opportunities.

·       Electrical Panel Board Technical Sales: Understand customer specifications and requirements for various electrical panel boards (PCC, MCC, APFC, Control Panels, Distribution Boards, etc.).

·       Quotation Preparation & Costing: Prepare detailed commercial and technical quotations independently based on client inquiries panel specifications.

·       Client Meetings & Field Visits: Conduct regular client meetings, plant visits, and technical presentations across Vadodara and nearby industrial zones (Por, Makarpura, Savli, GIDC, etc.).

·       Negotiation & Deal Closure: Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate terms & pricing, and close sales contracts to meet monthly business targets.

·       Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and handle inquiries promptly.

2. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

·       Relevant Experience: Must have 3 to 4 years of proven hands-on sales experience in Electrical Panel Boards, Switchgears, or Industrial Electrical Products.

·       Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Panel Boards (LT Panels, Control Panels, Switchgears, Components, and Single Line Diagrams).

·       Estimation Skill: Proficiency in cost estimation and preparing formal technical quotations.

·       Communication Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

·       Mobility: Must possess personal two-wheeler/vehicle for local sales visits and client coordination.

·       Self-Motivated: Proactive mindset with the ability to source leads independently without relying solely on provided database.
