Job Description
Job Title: Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial records, including income, expenses, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain daily cash records and bank transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Assist in GST calculations, GST returns, and other tax-related documentation.
- Maintain Excel sheets for expenses, sales, purchases, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with management and the CA team regarding accounting and taxation matters.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain proper documentation and support monthly financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of TallyPrime and GST is preferred.
- Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
