Senior Interior Designer

Redecor Interiors is a turnkey residential interior design firm specializing in premium 3BHK+ homes in Vadodara. We are built on trust, transparency, and value-based service — no discounts, no shortcuts. We're growing our core design team and looking for someone who can own the client-facing design journey end to end.

Experience Required: 3–5 years in residential interior design

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create detailed 3D designs and visualizations (SketchUp / AutoCAD / rendering software) that bring concepts to life for clients

• Lead design concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring the final output matches the approved vision

• Select and curate design styles, color palettes, and layouts suited to each client's brief and space

• Build compelling mood boards that communicate design direction clearly and persuasively

• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project budget and design intent

• Manage client relationships and presentations independently — confidently present, explain, and convince clients on design choices, handling objections and building trust

• Work closely with the sales and execution team to ensure the project moves smoothly from design approval to site handover

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and site execution alignment with the approved design

• Mentor junior designers and coordinate with vendors/contractors

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Canva (or equivalent rendering tools)

• Strong 3D visualization and design presentation skills

• Excellent client communication — comfortable persuading and guiding clients on design decisions, not just executing their instructions

• Understanding of materials, finishes, and cost implications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

GOOD TO HAVE

• Prior experience in a turnkey/full-execution residential design firm (not just modular/product sales)

• Experience mentoring junior team members

COMPENSATION & LOCATION

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience
