Position: Sales Executive – Household & Commercial Solar Sales

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 (Performance-based)

Job Overview: We are looking for a disciplined and result-driven Sales Executive to drive primarily household solar sales along with select commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the Vadodara region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking
• Drive household solar system sales (primary focus)
• Handle selected commercial solar inquiries
• Conduct site visits and explain product benefits to customers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Maintain proper sales records and reporting
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Disciplined, punctual, and professional behavior
• Field sales experience preferred (solar/energy/home improvement is an advantage)
• Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
