About the Role : We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller

Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to

prospective and existing customers, explaining company products or services, understanding

customer requirements, and generating potential leads. The role requires excellent

communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with

customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products

and services.

 Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.

 Identify customer needs and provide suitable information or solutions.

 Generate new leads through telephone calls and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

 Follow up with interested customers and leads regularly.

 Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, follow-ups, and lead status.

 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS :

 Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred

 Freshers can apply.

 Good communication and speaking skills.

 Basic knowledge of English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.

 Good convincing and negotiation skills.

 Basic computer knowledge.

 Ability to make outbound and inbound calls.

 Good customer handling skills.

 Ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.
