Job Description
- Call clients and explain our visa and immigration services in a simple way.
- Understand the client’s requirements and provide basic information about the process.
- Follow up with interested clients and update them about the next steps.
- Handle client calls and queries politely and professionally.
- Generate leads through calling and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Keep proper records of calls, client details, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the counselling team and schedule appointments when required.
- Candidates should have good communication skills, confidence, and a positive attitude. Freshers are also welcome.
