Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, verify, and maintain the company’s daily data in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter purchase and sales data into the system.
• Record sales returns and purchase returns.
• Make bank voucher and cash voucher entries.
• Update jobwork issue and jobwork receipt records.
• Create new item codes and update product details.
• Maintain customer and vendor records.
• Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Update daily reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Match physical documents with the data available in the system.
• Identify and correct incorrect or duplicate entries.
• Maintain organised records of documents and transactions.
• Submit daily pending-work reports to the reporting manager.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of company data.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate or 12th Pass
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic Hindi and English typing skills
• Ability to handle numerical data accurately
• Basic knowledge of email, PDF files, and internet usage
• Knowledge of Tally or ERP software will be preferred
