Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar products and solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer and vendors to understand their requirements.
- Explain solar panels, inverters, batteries, rooftop solar systems, and related products.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the company.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the installation and service team for smooth execution after sales.
- Travel to different locations/cities for customer meetings and business development.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales preferred.
- Experience in Solar/Electrical/Inverter/Battery sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
