Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Executive to turn leads into successful property closures. If you have a passion for real estate, sharp negotiation skills, and a drive to earn uncapped commissions, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Follow up on incoming property inquiries and convert them into scheduled site visits.
- Site Inspections: Conduct professional property tours, guiding clients through layout, pricing, and project benefits.
- Deal Closure: Address client objections, handle negotiations, and close real estate transactions smoothly.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with prospects and past buyers to drive referrals.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new project launches.
