Job Description
जॉब टाइटल: तंदूर शेफ / तंदूर कम्मी (Tandoor Chef / Tandoor Commi)
जॉब लोकेशन: वाराणसी, उत्तर प्रदेश
सैलरी: ₹15,000 – ₹24000 प्रति माह (अनुभव और स्किल के अनुसार)
जॉब रोल एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ
तंदूर में बनने वाले विभिन्न व्यंजन जैसे तंदूरी पनीर, कबाब, नान, रोटी आदि बनाना।
तंदूर ओवन को सही तरीके से चलाना और उसकी देखभाल करना।
रेस्टोरेंट के मेन्यू के अनुसार खाद्य सामग्री की तैयारी और मैरिनेशन करना।
खाने के स्वाद, गुणवत्ता और प्रेजेंटेशन का ध्यान रखना।
किचन की साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन बनाए रखना।
समय पर ऑर्डर तैयार करना और किचन टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
फूड सेफ्टी एवं सैनिटेशन के नियमों का पालन करना।
आवश्यक योग्यताएँ
तंदूर कुकिंग का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
इंडियन कुजीन और तंदूर आइटम्स की अच्छी जानकारी।
होटल या रेस्टोरेंट में काम करने का अनुभव प्राथमिकता।
टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता।
मेहनती, जिम्मेदार और साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखने वाला उम्मीदवार।
