Job Description
* Self Generate and manage leads through calls, references, field visits and other sources.
* Follow up with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
* Explain project features, specifications, pricing and payment plans.
* Conduct *site visits and property presentations* for prospective buyers.
* Convert leads into site visits, negotiations and successful bookings.
* Achieve assigned *monthly sales targets*.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
* Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, site visits and conversions.
* Coordinate with the CRM, marketing and documentation teams for smooth sales closure.
* Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
* Keep yourself updated about the project, market trends and competing properties.
