Job Description: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Company: Moksha Solar Solutions
Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team at Moksha Solar Solutions. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers, explain our rooftop solar solutions (including the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana), and assist with inquiries regarding clean energy adoption and installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Make proactive outbound calls to prospective residential and commercial clients to introduce our solar panel installation and maintenance services.
* Inbound Inquiry Management: Handle incoming calls and customer queries promptly, providing accurate details regarding solar setups, pricing, and available government subsidies.
* Campaign Coordination: Follow up on leads generated through WhatsApp marketing campaigns and local promotional activities.
* Customer Education: Educate clients on the benefits of switching to solar energy, system capacities (such as 2 kW to 3 kW setups), and the step-by-step installation process.
* Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule site visits and consultations for our technical team with interested customers.
* Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and lead status in our CRM or tracking sheets.
Key Requirements & Skills
* Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support executive, or in a sales/telesales role (experience in the renewable energy or solar sector is a strong plus).
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with a polite, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client requirements patiently and address questions effectively.
* Tech-Savvy: Basic familiarity with computers, CRM tools, or spreadsheets for managing customer data.
* Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Varanasi and surrounding regions in Uttar Pradesh is preferred.
