Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile Accountant cum Admin for our manufacturing facility in Vasai. If you have solid experience managing factory accounts in Tally alongside day-to-day office administration and basic HR tasks, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

• Core Accounting: Record daily factory sales and purchases in Tally, track payments, follow up on client dues, and perform regular bank statement reconciliations.
• Inventory & Costing: Track inventory, raw materials, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) status within the plant.
• Tax Compliance: Help organize, verify, and prepare invoices and data for routine GST, TDS, and yearly audit filings.
• HR Support: Maintain daily staff attendance and leave records for payroll processing, manage employee documentation, and coordinate upcoming job interviews.
• Office Administration: Manage office stationery stock, handle incoming/outgoing couriers, supervise daily office upkeep/maintenance, and coordinate with general utility vendors.

Candidate Requirements (Who should apply):

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience handling both accounts and HR/admin duties strictly in a Manufacturing or Engineering setup.
• Software: Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Education: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent commerce degree.
• Traits: Strong communication skills for client follow-ups and multitasking abilities for handling admin work.
• Location: Vasai candidates preferred for an easy commute.
