Job Description

Job Role

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
  • Understand customer service requirements and complaints.
  • Manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp.
  • Create and update service job records.
  • Coordinate with technicians for customer visits and repairs.
  • Follow up with customers regarding estimates, repairs, pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain customer and service data in Excel/CRM.
  • Track pending and completed service jobs.
  • Collect customer feedback after service completion.
  • Prepare daily service and customer follow-up reports.
