Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our baby & kids clothing brand.

Role:

  • Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, calls & email
  • Assist with orders, delivery, exchange & product queries
  • Coordinate with courier and internal teams
  • Resolve customer issues politely and promptly

Requirements: Good Hindi & English communication, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.
