HR Recruiter

Recruitment & Manpower Management ❖ Assist in recruitment and on boarding of contract and floating manpower as per organizational requirements.

 ❖ Visit & Coordinate with manpower vendors for sourcing suitable candidates.

 ❖ Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

 ❖ Manage recruitment documentation, offer letters, joining formalities, and induction processes.

 ❖ Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.

 Trainee Management ❖ Arrange and manage accommodation and related facilities for trainees appointed by the organization.

 ❖ Coordinate with hostels, guest houses, hotels, and accommodation providers.

 ❖ Ensure smooth on boarding and support for trainees throughout their tenure.

 Employee Engagement ❖ Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and cultural events.

 ❖ Organize employee welfare initiatives and team-building activities.

 ❖ Assist in employee communication and feedback programs.

 ❖ Support learning & development and employee recognition initiatives.

 HR Operations ❖ Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

 ❖ Support performance management and employee relations activities.

 ❖ Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
