JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER – FACTORY

Global Ally & Co. | Vasai East, Mumbai

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our factory team. The candidate will work closely with the design and production teams, translating interior design concepts into practical, factory-ready drawings and ensuring smooth coordination between design and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for modular furniture and interior components.
• Develop production drawings, working drawings, elevations, sections and detailing.
• Coordinate with factory teams for execution and manufacturing requirements.
• Understand materials, laminates, hardware, finishes and modular construction techniques.
• Assist in material selection, detailing and resolving technical queries.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, practical and aligned with site requirements.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers and factory personnel.
• Make revisions and updates to drawings as per feedback and execution requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp or other 3D software is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of modular furniture, interior materials and manufacturing processes.
• Good detailing, technical understanding and drawing accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Willingness to learn and work in a factory-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.

Work Location

Vasai East, Mumbai

Factory-based role with occasional site visits as required.
