Job Description
Record and maintain purchase, labour, expense, journal, and TDS entries in Tally Prime.
•
Handle import purchase entries and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
•
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for consumable items and required materials.
•
Maintain debtors' outstanding reports in MS Excel and update pending receivable information.
•
Prepare invoice receiving sheets and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) sheets.
•
Prepare weekly reports covering purchase, import purchase, and expense-related information.
•
Import, update, and maintain product rate lists in MS Excel.
•
Check, record, and maintain transport supplier bills and related documentation.
•
Review and verify purchase, expense, and labour rates to ensure accuracy of bills and accounting records.
•
Maintain accounting documents and supporting records in an organized manner.
•
Perform regular accounting data entry and documentation while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
