Job Description
- Handle all incoming digital leads from Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other sources.
- Contact B2C customers enquiring about modular kitchens, wardrobes and other home-improvement products.
- Explain products, share quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Handle B2B dealership enquiries and coordinate with BDMs for further follow-ups and dealer onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and dealers to maximise sales conversion.
- Maintain lead data, follow-up status and sales reports in Excel or the company's CRM.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, BDM and operations teams to close enquiries.
