Job Description
- Prepare customer bills accurately.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payments.
- Operate the billing/POS system.
- Verify prices, discounts, and taxes.
- Issue receipts and invoices to customers.
- Maintain daily sales and billing records.
- Handle refunds and payment corrections as per company policy.
- Coordinate with the restaurant/service team for billing issues.
- Check the cash counter and daily cash balance.
- Prepare end-of-day billing and payment reports.
- Maintain proper records and documents.
- Provide good customer service and resolve basic billing queries.
