Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Calls: Dialing clients or customers with pending EMIs, credit card bills, or loan installments to remind them of dues.
  • Negotiation & Settlements: Discussing financial constraints with debtors and structuring workable payment plans or one-time settlements (OTS)
  • Data & CRM Updates: Logging call outcomes, payment promises, and follow-up dates accurately into a collection management or CRM system.
  • Escalation: Flagging chronic defaulters, disputed accounts, or high-value non-performing assets (NPAs) to senior recovery or legal teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhering strictly to ethical communication standards, fair debt collection guidelines, and RBI/local banking compliance rules.
