Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs, collections, and products.
- Explain product details, including gold purity, diamond quality, gemstones, making charges, pricing, and certification.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Handle customer inquiries, product comparisons, and objections professionally.
- Maintain product displays and ensure jewellery is presented attractively.
- Follow jewellery handling, security, billing, and inventory procedures.
- Inform customers about new collections, promotions, offers, and schemes.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on enquiries and potential sales.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure a smooth customer experience
