Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.

* Source culinary, cutlery, kitchenware, and related products.

* Compare prices, quality, payment terms, and delivery timelines.

* Raise purchase orders and monitor order status.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.

* Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for purchase requirements.

* Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

* Inspect product quality and resolve supply or quality issues.

* Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor details, and documentation.

* Control purchasing costs and negotiate the best possible deals.

### Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in *culinary, kitchenware, cutlery, hospitality supplies, or retail*.

* Good vendor negotiation and communication skills.

* Knowledge of market prices, suppliers, and product quality.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory/purchase software.

* Ability to manage multiple suppliers and orders efficiently.
