Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across various functions.
- Understand job requirements and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Negotiate salary and joining timelines when required.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely profile submissions and closures.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and TATs.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in non-IT/agency recruitment preferred.
