Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the steel casting, mining, construction, and stone-crushing industries.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Handle sales of steel castings, crusher spares, wear parts, and other industrial components.

Identify potential dealers, distributors, contractors, mining companies, crusher plant owners, and industrial clients.

Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to understand requirements and generate orders.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales deals.

Coordinate with the production, technical, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable product solutions.

Monitor competitors, market prices, customer demand, and industry trends.

Maintain an updated database of customers, leads, quotations, and sales pipelines.

Follow up on quotations, payments, pending orders, and customer requirements.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Lead and guide the sales team to improve customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in industrial sales, steel castings, crusher machinery/spares, mining equipment, or a related manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of B2B sales and industrial product selling.

Good understanding of steel castings, crusher spares, wear plates, liners, jaw plates, cone crusher parts, and related products will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong knowledge of market development and lead generation.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits.

Target-oriented with strong business development and closing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and CRM software.
