Job Description
Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Daily Deposits
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and cold calling.
- Promote and sell deposit products, investment plans, and financial services to
potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.
- Collection of daily and recurring deposits.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Explain product features, benefits and advantages.
- Address customer queries and provide customized financial solutions.
- Target Achievement & Reporting
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
- Suggest improvements in sales strategies based on market feedback.
- Acquisition of SB & current ACs, recurring deposits, daily deposits & fixed deposits
- Achievement of yearly goal sheets
