Job Description
Lead Generation and Conversion:Contact potential and existing customers via phone to introduce products or services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
Customer Engagement:Build rapport with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.Address customer objections effectively and persuade them to purchase.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Database Management:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.Update and manage customer databases for future reference and follow-up.
