Job Description
Site Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate and monitor workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of civil and finishing works.
- Check material requirements, usage, and minimize material wastage.
- Take and verify site measurements.
- Monitor daily work progress and maintain accurate site records.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports to management.
- Report daily manpower attendance and workforce allocation.
- Record daily completed work, ongoing activities, and pending work.
- Report daily material consumption, stock requirements, and shortages.
- Report site issues, delays, and required corrective actions.
- Share daily site photos and progress updates with management.
- Coordinate with engineers and management regarding site requirements.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and quality standards.
