Collection Telecaller Job Description ✓ Collection Telecaller
We are hiring Collection Telecallers to contact customers over the phone regarding pending, overdue, or delinquent loan/EMI payments.
Responsibilities:
Contact customers and remind them about pending/overdue EMI payments.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayments.
Communicate professionally and negotiate suitable repayment commitments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment follow-ups.
Meet assigned collection targets.
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, customer handling, and basic computer knowledge.
